JReid Consulting specializes in strategy, organizational change and leadership development. Specialties include support in building resilience and agility, leading teams that click, strengthening service and business partnership, and facilitating strategy, business planning and consultation sessions. Joanne Reid is a Certified Leadership Trainer, Coach and Facilitator in IQM® and The Resilience Advantage®.

Joanne Reid has a broad background in management, consulting and education. Her key strengths lie in promoting collaborative teamwork to achieve specific goals and in blending her clients' wisdom with her own expertise. Her management consulting practice centres on strategy implementation, organizational effectiveness, and development of leaders and teams. Joanne has been a consultant in business transformation for over 20 years to public and private sector organizations in Canada, the Middle East, Europe, the U.S.A. and China. She has held HR and OD leadership positions in financial services. Clients come from financial services, health care and education, high technology organizations, and various government ministries and agencies.

Joanne served on the Executive of Strategic Capability Network and chaired the Board of Vanier Children’s Services. She holds a Master’s degree in Management Science from the University of Waterloo, is a Certified Management Consultant, and served on the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council.
