COVID 19 has brought with it many challenges, personal, family, work-related, and social and economic. Now, more than ever, we need to strengthen our own resilience and help others do the same. You are familiar with our Resilience offerings of workshops and phone coachings. More recently, we have been offering remote one-on-one coaching, which includes an upfront mini-workshop segment to cover core concepts and terminology. We are also offering remote group sessions for staff groups and executive/management teams on Workplace Transformation and Resilience. (See Resilience tab.)
