Susanne holds an MSc in Organizational Consulting and is a Co-Active Coach trained at the Coaches Training Institute. She is also a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Trainer and an experienced Appreciative Inquiry Practitioner.
John is the Managing Partner, Strategy Development, at Bigger Picture Solutions Inc. His consulting career has focused on helping leaders achieve their organization's priorities and navigate the inevitable turbulence embedded in change. He helps leaders build clear and executable strategies rooted in stakeholder needs and develop a pragmatic understanding of their current circumstances.
John works alongside the organization's leadership to help develop the required disciplines and processes to ensure sustainable success. Prior to John's consulting career, he held several senior executive roles (Apple, Blackburn Group), where he developed his leadership, strategic planning, and implementation capabilities.
